It’s Tuesday and I wish that my lunch consisted of tacos;
maybe for dinner!
My super yummy (and healthy) bento today consists of a cute
green salad. The salad is romaine
lettuce, carrots, radishes, and cucumber.
I am giving myself a healthy dose of vitamin C with strawberries and
kiwi. I wanted some crunch, so I added
in a serving of Asian trail mix – love wasabi peas!
